3D1.1 Antibody (Parathyroid hormone like protein) - Mouse Anti PTHLH
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the parathyroid hormone family. This hormone regulates endochondral bone development and epithelial-mesenchymal interactions during the formation of the mammary glands and teeth. This hormone is involved in lactation possibly by regulating the mobilization and transfer of calcium to the milk. The receptor of this hormone, PTHR1, is responsible for most cases of humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy. Four alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding two distinct isoforms have been observed. There is also evidence for alternative translation initiation from non-AUG (CUG and GUG) start sites, in-frame and downstream of the initiator AUG codon, to give rise to nuclear forms of this hormone

Apolipoprotein E4 Antibody ; Mouse Anti-Apolipoprotein E4
Apolipoprotein E, a main apoprotein of the chylomicron, binds to a specific receptor on liver cells and peripheral cells and is essential for the normal catabolism of triglyceride-rich lipoprotein constituents.ApoE exists in three major isoforms; E2, E3, and E4, which differ from one another by a single amino-acid substitution. Individuals heterozygous for the ApoE4 allele are at higher risk of late-onset Alzheimer's disease. Defects in apolipoprotein E result in familial dysbetalipoproteinemia, or type III hyperlipoproteinemia (HLP III), in which increased levels of plasma cholesterol and triglycerides are the consequence of impaired clearance of chylomicron and VLDL remnants

APPL1 Antibody - Rabbit Anti-APPL1 50ul
The protein encoded by this gene has been shown to be involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and in the crosstalk between the adiponectin signalling and insulin signalling pathways The encoded protein binds many other proteins including RAB5A DCC AKT2 PIK3CA adiponectin receptors and proteins of the NuRD/MeCP1 complex This protein is found associated with endosomal membranes but can be released by EGF and translocated to the nucleus

CCR9 Antibody - Rat Anti CCR9 1ml
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the beta chemokine receptor family It is predicted to be a seven transmembrane protein similar to G protein coupled receptors Chemokines and their receptors are key regulators of the thymocytes migration and maturation in normal and inflammation conditions This gene is expressed in a range of tissues and hemopoietic cells The expression of this receptor in lymphatic endothelial cells and overexpression in vascular tumors suggested its function in chemokine-driven recirculation of leukocytes and possible chemokine effects on the development and growth of vascular tumors This receptor appears to bind the majority of beta-chemokine family members however its specific function remains unknown The specific ligand of this receptor is CCL25 It has been found that this gene is differentially expressed by T lymphocytes of small intestine and colon suggested a role in the thymocytes recruitment and development that may permit functional specialization of immune responses in different segment of the gastrointestinal tract This gene is mapped to chromosome 3p213 a region that includes a cluster of chemokine receptor genes Two alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described

DO-11.10 T cell Receptor Antibody- Mouse Anti- DO-11.10 T cell Receptor
The KJ1-26 anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibody binds the T-cell receptor (TCR) expressed on DO11.10 and DO11.10.24 murine T cell hybridomas, but not on any other T cell hybridomas tested. The TCR expressed on DO11.10 recognizes an ovalbumin peptide in the context of I-Ad major histocompatibility molecules. The use of DO11.10 and KJ1-26 have proven to be instrumental in describing many of the intricate details of T cell immunity

Emerin Antibody - Mouse Anti-Emerin
Stabilizes and promotes the formation of a nuclear actin cortical network. Stimulates actin polymerization in vitro by binding and stabilizing the pointed end of growing filaments. Inhibits beta-catenin activity by preventing its accumulation in the nucleus. Acts by influencing the nuclear accumulation of beta-catenin through a CRM1-dependent export pathway. Links centrosomes to the nuclear envelope via a microtubule association. EMD and BAF are cooperative cofactors of HIV-1 infection. Association of EMD with the viral DNA requires the presence of BAF and viral integrase. The association of viral DNA with chromatin requires the presence of BAF and EMD. Required for proper localization of non-farnesylated prelamin-A/C

HCG beta Antibody- Mouse anti-HCG beta
Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a glycoprotein hormone produced by trophoblastic cells of the placenta beginning 10 to 12 days after conception. Maintenance of the fetus in the first trimester of pregnancy requires the production of hCG, which binds to the corpus luteum of the ovary which is stimulated to produce progesterone which in turn maintains the secretory endometrium. The unique beta chain confers biological specificity to thyrotropin, lutropin, follitropin and gonadotropin. hCG acts to maintain the corpus luteum until the developing placenta is able to produce the required levels of oestrogen and progesterone.

Insulin Like Growth Factor Antibody - Mouse Anti-Insulin Like Growth Factor (IGF-1)
Insulin is a pancreatic hormone that regulates glucose uptake and the synthesis of protein and fat. The insulin like growth factors, isolated from plasma, are structurally and functionally related to insulin but have a much higher growth promoting activity. IGF1 (Insulin Like Growth Factor I) is a polypeptide growth factor, which stimulates the proliferation of a wide range of cell types including muscle, bone, and cartilage tissue. IGF1 functions as an autocrine regulator of growth

Lamin A Antibody - Mouse Anti-Lamin A
Nuclear lamins form a network of intermediate-type filaments at the nucleoplasmic site of the nuclear membrane Two main subtypes of nuclear lamins can be distinguished ie A type lamins and B type lamins The A type lamins comprise a set of three proteins arising from the same gene by alternative splicing ie lamin A lamin C and lamin Adel 10 while the B type lamins include two proteins arising from two distinct genes ie lamin B1 and lamin B2 Recent evidence has revealed that mutations in A-type lamins give rise to a range of rare but dominant genetic disorders including Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy dilated cardiomyopathy with conduction-system disease and Dunnigan-type familial partial lipodystrophy In addition the expression of A type lamins coincides with cell differentiation and as A type lamins specifically interact with chromatin a role in the regulation of differential gene expression has been suggested for A type lamins
